Our Return Policy
Due to a high traffic volume at our distribution center, please allow 10-12 business days for a received return to process. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for any order placed on BeachBumSportz.com
- All returns must be made within 30 days of ship. Merchandise must be unworn. Returns made after 30 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please go to com/start-return
- Enter your order# and email
- Follow the prompts to select the product, the reason, and how to return your item(s).
- Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent and enclose your printed Order Slip.
- If you are shipping back within the Continental U.S., please take it to your carrier of choice and mail it back to:

2909 Oregon Ct. B-04 Torrance, CA 90503 - Starting with orders placed on May 31, 2024, a $9.99 return fee will be subtracted from your refund. This fee covers shipping and restocking of your return.
- While we process the refund at the time of return, please note it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit card company to post the refund to your account
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered items. BeachBum Sportz is not responsible for any item that we have yet to receive, or that has not been returned per the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items not purchased from BeachBumSportz.com.
Ensure you include all your information so we can process your return/exchange as quickly as possible. Please fill out and return the enclosed Packing Slip with your order, and under Return Procedure, please indicate the appropriate reason code.
